Giuseppe (Joe) Bruno, ÉA, AACI had the privilege to work and accumulated a wealth of experience with the notable firms of K.D. Leonard & Associates Inc., Leonard, Caumartin, Bernard & Associates and The Altus Group.

In 1993, Mr. Bruno co-founded Bedard Bruno and in 1994 he co-founded BDB Chartered Appraisers, the predecessor of ABMS Chartered Appraisers. Mr. Bruno left BDB Chartered Appraisers to pursue his practice with Roy, Sanche, Gold & Associate as an associate. He returned to ABMS Chartered Appraisers in February 2011 as an associate.

Mr. Bruno was formally designated by L’Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec as an Évaluateurs Agréé (ÉA) in 1992 and by the Appraisal Institute of Canada as an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute (AACI) in 1994. He also graduated from McGill University in 1985 with a major in Urban Analysis & Real Estate.

Mr. Bruno has developed expertise in municipal assessment review and real estate tax management. He has appeared in various tribunals as an expert witness for subject matters regarding assessment appeals and fixing market rent (arbitration) and market value.

As a full narrative appraiser, he appraises various types of commercial, multi-residential, industrial properties and vacant land.
